HHV Pumps

Explore our innovative diaphragm vacuum pump

A diaphragm pump can produce vacuum without any oil. The technology works on the principle of harnessing the oscillations of a flexible diaphragm, which then creates fluctuations in pressure and inducing vacuum. At HHV Pumps, our made-in-India vacuum solutions rely on decades of expertise to design and deploy the right vacuum pumps and technology for your operational needs.

How does it work?

DH2 is a dry positive-displacement diaphragm vacuum pump. It consists of membranes that are mechanically pushed and pulled in and out of the pumping chamber to achieve the pumping action. The DH2 pump consists of housing and a drive motor. The housing consists of a drive, eccentric fly wheel and two pump heads. The motor, eccentric fly wheel and connecting rod set the diaphragms in stroke movement. This changes the size of the space between the diaphragm and pump head (pump chamber). Increasing the size of the pump chamber opens the inlet valve while the outlet valve is closed (intake process). Decreasing the size of the pump chamber ejects the gas through the outlet valve (exhaust process). The valves are actuated by the gas being pumped.

Lamination is another process that relies on vacuum power to ensure clean, efficient work on wood surfaces. Our decades long experience in the industry ensure that we can provide your processes with the right vacuum pump and services to keep your processes running smoothly.

The ideal pump for laboratories

The DH2 diaphragm vacuum pumps are a pump that is specially designed and fine-tuned to suit laboratory needs and experimental setups. Its size, design, vacuum power and ability to support to analytical instruments makes it a versatile and reliable solution for the pharma-chemical industry.
