HHV Pumps
Rotary vane pumps, engineered for high performance
HHV Pumps, a pioneer in rotary vane vacuum pump technology and armed with decades of industrial experts, presents – the FD series, our new generation oil sealed rotary vane pumps. Through an in-detailed analysis of each component, these pumps are designed to provide consistent vacuum even at continual operations. The oil used will act as a sealant and as a lubricant. We offer a range of four pumps starting from 6m3/h to 60m3/h capacity delivering an ultimate vacuum of 2 microns.
Features of the FD Series
Industries.
FD series vacuum pumps are quite versatile and reliable for different industries like solar, air conditioning and refrigeration, research and development, and for chemical processes.
Typical Applications.
HVAC copper pipe evacuation
Vacuum pumps remove air, moisture and other non-condensable gases in HVAC copper piping and reduces blockages, corrosion and inefficiency.
Cryogenic tank evacuation
Vacuum technology in cryogenics is used to remove air and moisture, preventing contamination and ensuring thermal insulation efficiency.
Coating
Using vacuum pumps during the coating process prevents contamination and ensures uniform deposition of materials and controlled environment.
Light bulbs manufacturing
To extend the bulb’s lifespan, vacuum pumps are used to prevent the filament from burning out or oxidising.
Vacuum Furnace
Vacuum furnaces use vacuum technology to minimise oxidation and contamination, ensuring high-purity processing of materials.
Jewellery casting
To prevent air bubbles, trapped gases and defects during jewellery casting, vacuum pumps are essential.
Filtration
Vacuum pumps in filtration accelerates the separation process by drawing the liquid through the filter medium, speeds up the removal of solids.
Freeze drying & lyophilisation
Vacuum pumps for freeze drying removes moisture from the frozen product by sublimation, ensuring efficient and complete drying.
Leak testing
A vacuum pump is used to create a pressure differential that helps detect leaks by measuring changes in pressure or detecting the ingress of gases or fluids.
