MD Ultra Vacuum Oil

MD Ultra vacuum oil – Specially formulated for you

At HHV Pumps, we create and produce our very own in-house vacuum oil – MD Ultra. It’s a high performance, hydrogenated vacuum oil developed to provide consistent and reliable operations for oil sealed, two stage rotary vane vacuum pumps.

Produced from mineral oil through a series of processes. It provides efficient lubrication and sealing of the vacuum chamber. It is compatible with our oil sealed, two stage rotary vane pumps – the FD series and the ED30A. Our MD Ultra vacuum oil undergoes a lot of research and testing so that we can you give high-quality products and help you get the best out of your vacuum pumps.

This oil is available in 1L, 5L, 10L, 20L and 210L containers.

Why should you change your vacuum oil regularly?

Vacuum pumps are exposed to various contaminants that can alter the properties of the oil. Prolonged use can also degrade the effectiveness of the oil and convert it from its clear water white color to black. Replacing the oil periodically allows you to maintain the required vacuum level and extend the life of the pump.

We recommend using our in-house oil with our vacuum pumps because it is created with our pump features in mind. Using any other third-party oil could affect the ultimate vacuum and could damage your vacuum pump.
